The Employment Service Agency was involved in implementation of the Multiannual Operational Program for human resources development 2007-2013 (Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance- IPA, component 4). The purpose of the human resources development component is to assist the country in development and strengthening of administrative management capacities, implementation monitoring and control of funds from the European Social Fund (ESF).
